• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services

7. Payment Terms

7.2 Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

7.3 Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for reimbursing reasonable expenses incurred during service delivery (travel, accommodation, materials).

8. Termination

Clients may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.

8.2 By DNA Consultancy Solutions

We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if the client breaches these Terms of Service.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. However:

• We make no warranties regarding specific business outcomes
• Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Indemnification
